The AF-3 is robustly made from brushed stainless steel, to the highest standards. It is capable of printing onto plastic as well as many other types of cards.
The AF-3 is also designed to accept cards which are larger than standard sizes.
The AF-3 also comes complete with an attached card collection box, thereby saving you time as well as ensuring a tidy working area.
It is estimated that the AF-3 is four times faster when compared to feeding cards by hand. |

'The LP-1 is a unique, one-piece attachment, manufactured from brushed stainless steel. it can be attached to the multi-drilled platen, within seconds. The
LP-1 can be used to feed ribbon or label stock across the platen, using a precision-made, one directional spool.If equidistance between prints is of prime importance, then ribbon or label reel can be located on the top foil holding bar, whilst the foil is manually fed across the platen using the
LP-1's forward winding spool mechanism. |

Our Lock-A-Block system was described by the respected "Printing World Magazine" as a
"Clever block mounting device" (December 1997 issue).
Lock-A-Block (Sometimes also known as ''Honeycomb Block") offers one of the most revolutionary methods of holding down hot foil printing plates. Lock-A-Block eliminates the need to use messy glues and double sided tapes. The absence of such hard-to-remove adhesives also means that your plate will sit flat and thereby help to produce consistent and even print quality
every time.
The Lock-A-Block will also save you time when changing from one plate to another.
This unique method of holding plates is generally found only on larger industrial machines where accuracy and speed are of prime importance. |

Type
Chase is a useful device for holding Type securely in place during the printing process.
A "Font of Type" consists of all letters of the English alphabet including Punctuations and numbers. Type is available in various sizes and styles.
Type is useful for carrying out basic printing (See Coaster example in photograph) where there is no need for special designs or logos.
Using Type also eliminates the need for special printing plates for every order. This not
only helps you to offer a faster service but also assists in keeping your costs down and your overall prices more competitive. |

The pen/pencil jig comes complete with an adjustable end-stop, thereby making your job
of lining up each print remarkably easy Our pen/pencil jig can be easily adjusted to accommodate various thicknesses of pens and pencils.

| Bookmatch

Bookmatches are still very much a favourite promotional tool, and are widely used in restaurants, wine bars, pubs and clubs.
Our bookmatch jig will enable you to print on both sides (front and back) of the bookmatch at once. The match sticks are neatly tucked away front heat and also they do not interfere with the printing process.
